Posture1

Corrective measures can be taken to strengthen and improve our posture through proper training. Most of the traditional training is counterproductive for bringing the spine back into alignment. Isolating and training the golf muscles require proper mechanics and movement. Reeducating and strengthening these muscle groups will bring the body into balance, creating increased range of motion, strength and efficient rotation.

Again, I want to thank and credit Alison Thietje for her insight and knowledge that she has shared with me on golf mechanics and specific golf training.
