Learn to Move from Your Center
“I believe all fitness training should begin with precise alignment of the skeletal system and initial movement of the large muscle groups. By strengthening the large muscle groups, we eliminate compensatory motor patterns that tend to fatigue and drain the body’s energy. Let me teach you to initiate movement from your center!”
